1 Introduction

5 Account Registration

12 Prohibited Activities

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.2 Closure by the Player

Closure requests will be processed subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and withdrawal processing. Real-money balances will be returned via your verified payment method after compliance checks.

13.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

17 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive loss or damage
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with applicable local laws

• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain Account security

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bc7777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

19 Amendments to These Terms
